Fearless Marriage 
Sometimes we can learn a lesson from sports teams: even though we may not get along with a teammate, it’s important to still work together for the big picture: winning the prize. God always blesses obedience. As we work together in unity, He blesses us with unity in His Spirit. This is true in marriage and in working with fellow Christians.

This is true, Kathy. While it may be unrealistic to always agree on everything, the greater purpose/plan must be shared and worked towards by the members of the team.
