Showing gratitude means that we are ready to show appreciation for something that someone has done for us. Has your spouse done something meaningful lately for you? Take some time to show just how thankful you are.
Don’t waste time complaining or pinpointing the faults of your spouse. Focus in on what your spouse is doing right instead of what he or she is doing wrong.
Philippians 4:8 tells us, “…whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
Thinking positively about your spouse will shift your perspective from the negative and help strengthen your marriage.
Going to give it a try
