  1. Yes, Love Languages have helped a lot! We take the quiz yearly because they do change with time and circumstances changing. When I met my husband I was a words of affirmation girl, the next time I took it I was an acts of service girl. But taking the quiz yearly, talking about what makes us feel loved, really helps us know how to express our affection to each other.
