Fearless Marriage 
Part of the problem with spousal arguments is that nobody wins. Even if you “win” argument you lose in the long run. You both need to be on the same page on all major issues and only with that you’ll be able to function long term.

Arguments shouldn’t be about winning. There is no winning an argument when husband and wife work as a team. It is one way they can better understand each other and learn how their spouse thinks.

My father told me once that arguing chips away from the precious time you have together. Imagine if you’re only going to live for ten years together before one spouse loses his/ her life: how much of that time would you have wasted arguing? It’s really not worth it.
